According to Telkom's SVP Corporate Communication & Investor Relations, Ahmad Reza, the disturbance occurred at around 17.33 WIB. This disruption resulted in a decrease in the quality of fixed broadband (IndiHome) and mobile broadband (Telkomsel) internet services in several regions in Indonesia.
