BLBI Task Force Confiscates Tommy Suharto's Assets, Humpuss Gets Sap
The confiscation of PT Timor Putra Nasional's assets belonging to Hutomo Mandala Putra alias Tommy Suharto by the BLBI Task Force did not affect the performance of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transport Tbk (HITS). HITS is one of Tommy Suharto's companies.
Humpuss Intermoda Transportation President Director Kemal Imam Santoso explained that his party had sent letters to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) regarding this question.
"In around August, we sent letters to OJK and the Exchange regarding their questions regarding this. We explained that there was no impact on PT HIT's operations," he said in the Annual Public Expose, Wednesday (12/22/2021). He said, Company operations are still running as usual. "The company's operations are proceeding as usual, progressing through the pandemic, with the figures we have submitted," he said.
Again, he emphasized, the confiscation of assets by the BLBI Task Force had no effect. He said the company is managed professionally. So I reiterate that it does not have any effect at all because PT HIT Tbk is managed professionally because it is a public listed company, we provide all information disclosures, we provide reports, and apart from that that operationally these are separate things," he said.
Quoted from information disclosure, HITS shareholders include PT Humpuss with a 45.52% portion, PT Menara Cakra Buana 32.84%, Hutomo Mandala Putra 10.4%, the public 7.53%, and treasury shares 3.71%.
Tommy Suharto's Assets Auctioned in January? Here's the List
The government will auction off the assets of PT Timor Putra Nasional. The assets belonging to the debtor of the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI), Hutomo Mandala Putra alias Tommy Suharto, will be auctioned on January 12, 2022. What items will be auctioned?
Limit value or minimum price of goods to be auctioned and set at Rp. 2,425,000,000,000 (Rp 2.4 trillion). The form is in the form of four plots of land.
a. Plot of Land SHGB No. 3/Kamojing with an area of 518,870 m2 under the name of PT Timor Industri Component located in Kamojing Village
b. Plot of Land SHGB No. 4/Kamojing with an area of 530,125,526 m2 under the name of PT KIA Timor Motors located in Kamojing Village
c. Plot of Land SHGB No. 5/Cikampek Pusaka with an area of 100,985.15 m2 under the name of PT KIA Timor Motors located in Cikampek Pusaka Village
d. Plot of Land SHGB No. 22/Kalihurip with an area of 98,896,700 m2 under the name of PT KIA Timor Motors located in Kalihurip Village
It is the Jakarta V State Property and Auction Service Office that will sell the PUPN Execution Auction with a closed bidding type via the internet (closed bidding) through Class I Auction Officers at KPKNL Purwakarta.
The announcement dated December 14, 2021, signed by the Head of the Jakarta KPKNL V Adriana Viveryanti, was published in the national newspaper.
The auction will be held on January 12, 2022, with the deadline for bidding at 12.00 WIB (according to the server). The domain address is https://www.lelang.go.id while the auction site is at KPKNL Purwakarta, Jalan Siliwangi No. 9, Purwakarta. Winners will be determined after the bidding deadline.
Auction terms and conditions:
1. The auction is carried out by bidding in writing without the presence of participants via the Internet (closed bidding) using the Auction Application which is accessed at the domain address https://www.lelang.go.id. The procedure for participating in an internet auction (e-Auction) can be seen in the "Procedures and Procedures" and "Use Guide" menus for the domain.
2. Bidders are required to deposit the security deposit deposited into a VA (Virtual Account) account provided that the amount deposited must be the same as the security deposit required in this announcement and must be effectively received by the Purwakarta KPKNL no later than 1 (one) calendar day before auction execution
3. The winner of the auction will be announced via email by each participant. The auction winner must pay the auction principal plus a 2% auction fee no later than 5 (five) working days after the auction. If it is not paid off, the winner of the auction will be declared in default and the security deposit will be deposited in full to the State treasury
4. Objects are auctioned in as is a condition, interested parties can see the goods no later than before the auction starts.
5. Proof of Ownership in the form of original certificate No. SHGB No. 3/Kamojing; SHGB No. 4/Kamojing; SHGB No. 5/Cikampek Pusaka; and SHGB No.22 Kalihurip is not controlled by the Seller.
6. All arrears of Land and Building Tax (PBB) shall be borne by the Buyer.
