"Once he was ready, Gede Pasek asked for national political ideas that he dreamed of being the backbone of the struggle, so the Nusantara Awakening Party was born," said Sri.

Sri said the party, which was dominated by former Democrat Party cadres, also gathered to prepare a management structure, starting at the center to the regions. They have also set up an office in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta.

"I am happy to be able to join Gede Pasek in building a party. Many former Democrat friends, Hanura, as well as PPI activists, and Cipayung Plus alumni who already know their capacity immediately ask to join. Moreover, his political integrity cannot be doubted," he said. Anas was arrested for a corruption case. in 2014.
